What the T. Patterson site says about the Twinner:
‘The outline of this board still feels like that 80’s style with a wider fuller nose and wide point forward just a little bit. The flatter deck keeps fuller volume under your feet and the down rails let you sink that board rail to rail with ease power and speed. Of coarse you got to have the single wing swallow tail. Pulled in the tail block for snappier turns on critical sections of the wave. The bottom has much of a more modern high performance side to it. Single concave that fades into slight vee off the tail. Medium entry rocker with slight flip in the tail. The Twinner works well with bigger twin fins and a small trailer fin but also works as tri fin or quad fin set up.
Width can go 1/4” wider or narrow) (thickness can go 1/16” thicker or thinner)’
What people are saying about it:
“The Twinner is designed for those who love speed and want to surf a board that is fast yet nimble. A slightly fuller outline with wide point forward gets you into waves easily, while the single concave to Vee out the tail gets you generating speed right on the tak-off but allows you to surf it rail to rail quickly and easily. Fast, high performance surfing at speed.
The Twinner works in anything from knee high to a little overhead. Better on a clean, fast wave, but can handle a bit of chop with ease. Works best with bigger side fins for extra drive, and a smaller trailer for a bit more control, but surfs great as a standard thruster or quad as well.” – Boardcave.com.au
