What the Infinity website says about the Round Table:
‘This board is a Tombstone / Mini Simmons step up. Influenced from our tombstone but with added modern performance to widen the range these short/wide boards can be ridden. High volume with low angular rails and progressive single to double concave. This bottom matched up with the wide round tail and quad fin allow this board to go very fast but also come off the bottom with more traction and purpose. This board loves to go fast, carve that open face, and catch waves.’
What people are saying about it:
“Widely considered the father of modern surfboard design, Bob Simmons might recognize the outline of Infinity Surfboards’ mini-simmons-inspired Roundtable Model. Simmons, after all, was all about speed. And the Roundtable cuts a fairly flat, relatively wide figure, tailor-made for a hurried approach across a wave’s face. Beyond that, however, the new Infinity model–with its modern rails and rocker, well-foiled nose and tail, high-density stringer, and recycled EPS construction–is light years beyond anything that would have been ridden in Simmons’ era.” – SURFER
